Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We currently offer the following shipping options within the United Arab Emirates (UAE):

• Express Delivery
  - Next business day delivery for orders placed before [cut-off time, 2 PM GST]
  - Available across major cities in U.A.E
• Standard Delivery
  - Delivered within 3–5 business days
• Custom Products
  - Custom and made-to-order items take approximately 7–15 business days or more, depending on the product
  - Delivery will be arranged and confirmed directly by your Caligo Sales Representative

Shipping Fees

We offer free shipping across the UAE on all orders — Minimum purchase required for certain products.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking details to become active.
