We want you to love your purchase from Caligo. If for any reason you’re not completely happy, our return policy makes it simple.
7-Day Return Window (UAE Law)
You have 7 days from receiving your order to request a return.
To qualify for a return:

Item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.

You must have your receipt or proof of purchase.
Wrong or Damaged Items
If you receive the wrong product or your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days for a free replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned:

Customized or made-to-order products

Items shipped outside the UAE

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items or gift cards

Once approved, we’ll send you:

A return shipping label

Instructions on how and where to send your item

Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
📦 Note: For online purchases, the delivery fee for return orders will be charged.
Exchanges
If you want to swap for another product, the fastest way is to return your item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
